What we collect

Employers: the company email you give us at checkout (used for your receipt, your sign-in links and, if you opt in, your auto-created dashboard account — stored as a password hash you never need to see), plus the listing content you submit. Job seekers: nothing — no accounts, no resumes, no tracking profiles. Basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics (page views, referrers) are aggregated and never linked to individuals.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never email job seekers on your behalf, and we never share employer contact details with third parties for marketing.

Payments

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record. Your card details go directly to them over an encrypted connection; we only receive a payment confirmation and the order reference.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep employers signed in, plus your saved light/dark theme preference in local storage. No ad-tech cookies, no cross-site trackers.

Retention & deletion

Listings stay on the board for 30 days after purchase, after which the public copy is removed. Email us to delete your account and listing history at any time.
