DevOps & Platform Engineer (Kubernetes)

Kitesail is a remote-first team, and this role is Remote — US & Canada. You will join a small, senior group that ships quickly, communicates in the open and cares deeply about the craft. You will work full-time, collaborating with teammates across time zones.

What you will do

Run and improve the infrastructure that keeps the product always on

Automate provisioning, deployments and rollbacks until they are boring

Own observability: metrics, logs, alerts and honest post-mortems

Champion security and cost-efficiency across the stack

Compensation for this role is $150k – $185k, depending on experience.
